Reunion Quilt Bonus Quilt

Background

This is essentailly another one of the many kits Rick purchased at Village Quilts during his, at one time, annual trips to Lethbridge. The source kit, Reunion Quilt was purchased in June 2014.

Because there were so many bits cut off the pieces used to make the blocks for the Reunion quilt, the staff a Village Quilts provided a 2nd pattern that utilized all the extra fabric bits to make a bonus lap quilt. Very frugal. A little extra fabric needed to be purchased for the borders.

Barbara started on the top 2016.11.15 and finished it 2017.06.25. It is 59 x 67 inches (roughly). The quilt has never been finished (e.g. batting, backing, quilting and binding).
