The Real Thing

Barbara took the class in October 2007. But, had some issues working on the quilt. It sat in limbo for quite some time. It is somewhat complicated, and, she was having difficulty getting the "grout" to match up.

She eventually bit the bullet, got hooked, and completed the quilt in 2008.01.15. It came home from Catherine's on 2008.01.29.

It is a twin size quilt, approximately 56" x 72". That, however, has not stopped us from using it on our spare bed.

Rather striking, don't you think.

Personally I think my attempt to show what it would look like when finished worked quite well.
