Confetti
Background
The fabric and pattern (Confetti Quilts by Thimbleberries) for this quilt was purchased by Rick in June 2011, at Village Quilts in Lethbridge, while on his annual visit. It is one 4 kits purchased during that trip.
It uses fabrics from Skipping Stones, Robert Kaufman, Bunny Designs, Anna Maria, and others.
Barbara started work on the quilt on October 30, 2011. Piecing of the top was completed Sunday, January 1, 2012. The finished size is approximately 68 inches by 78 inches — rather large for a "lap quilt."
Barbara got the quilt back from Catherine last week, and finished the binding today. Barbara was very pleased with her work on this quilt, and the result.
