A Look at Last Season's 2nd Half Results
Some general thoughts
Please refer to the table further below while reading the following.
We are very concerned that the spread in skill level is too great for the number of teams. Last season there were 15 teams. Division 3's talent pool, in particular, was too diverse.
Most players making up VRC-Coutts and EVE-Whitworth were competitive within their group, however, they were not so competitive with Maunder and certainly not Burritos. VRC-Coutts seems to have dissolved. It seems that there is not a viable group to carry over to this season from division 3.
And Hollyburn does not appear to be hosting a Lawn team at any level.
As such we currently see the league as only having 2 divisions.
Division 1 will retain top three teams. VRC-Tekillya is not a certainty (according to information received from VRC to-date). HOL James should move to Div 2. Evergreen may have enough suitable players for a second Div 1 team.

2015-16 League Make-up
So, we see the following as the likely league make up for the 2015-16 season.
Division 1
HOL 1
EVE 1
VRC 1
VRC 2 (if in this season, still needs confirmation)
EVE 2 (if Evergreen can field 2 Div 1 teams of suitable calibre, looks possible to us at the moment)
If we can get some interest from Lawn Div 1 calibre players, it would definitely be feasible to field a 2nd Div 1 teams for both VRC and EVE. Perhaps even without.

Division 3
No division 3 this season. VRC Maunder and EVE Whitworth left without a viable division.
Why no team names?
We have purposely not named any of the teams at each club, because we feel many of the teams will need to be restructured in order to ensure that players are participating in their proper division. That is:
No overloading calibre in Division 2.
And, no one who doesn't truly belong in Division 1.
The club organizers and the club team captains are going to need to sort team memberships out accordingly — given their talent pool. The league organizers will make the decisions if required. But, we'd rather not.
